The reshaping of the Sales team and the Support team, the introduction of a Customer Liaison team, the launch of CFP Solutions, the push towards key account management and third party developments - all important steps. The single and most important focus has been towards our products, so I would urge you all to read the newsletters carefully in 2011, as we start to release news of major product enhancements across our portfolio.
Despite all the negative UK media commentary on the property market, we at CFP see the market as being both incredibly resilient and also extremely buoyant, a view shared by the vast majority of our clients and the early signs are that there will be no change to this in 2011.
Finally, I would like to thank all our loyal clients and welcome again, all our new clients to CFP this year, and I wish you all both a happy Christmas and New Year and we look forward to working with you again in 2011.
